Description

Conflicts often occur when there is a perceived divergence of interest or when there is a belief that individual or group aspirations can not be met simultaneously. Consequently, interpersonal and inter-group relationships frequentlyare unsatisfactory, unproductive, and abusive. This course will focus on types of conflicts, forces that escalate conflicts, and models of conflict resolution. This course is crossed referenced to Psychology and is a support course for Criminal Justice Program. This is a writing intensive course. Offered Spring Every Other Year
