    Description

    This course is a study of the philosophy, evaluation, and functions of probation andparole. Specific topics will include differentiation between probation and parole, the processes involved in the consideration for granting probation and parole and the related conditions; This course will also look closely at how probation and parole are impacted by recidivism (or the effectiveness of probation and parole).
