Description
The student conducts independent investigation employing basic research techniques including instrumental methods such as infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography,
and visible and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, etc. The use of vacuum systems,
inert solvent systems, and inert atmosphere systems may also be included. Library
research is stressed as an integral part of the work. Variable hours per week.
