Description

The course is designed for students to create their leadership profile. The course focuses on leadership fundamentals and influence real-world leadership application to overcome obstacles as well as provide leadership development to establish a personal brand. Leading is challenging, exciting, and rewarding, but holds many responsibilities. The course will discuss leadership styles for self-awareness, reflection, and self assessment to positively impact organizational culture and climate.
