Description
This course is a study of the organizational processes and problems of state and
local government in our country, with particular emphasis on the government of the State of Texas. The course covers the Texas Constitution, its legislative,
executive, and judicial functions, and how policy is formed at the state and local level. It is required of all teacher certification candidates.
