Description
This is an introductory course for the basics of Mandarin Chinese and is intended for students with no prior knowledge of the language and who have never taken a Chinese language course. This course will focus on the Chinese Pinyin system in developing a student�s listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to take part in general conversation as well as read and write simple articles in simplified characters.
