Welcome to the Business Internship course

Dear Internship Students:

This course will be a unique experience for you. During the summer, you will have the opportunity to apply classroom theory in a corporate setting. Like the Professional Development course, you will have weekly assignments and if those assignments are not submitted on time, you will not have a favorable outcome in the class, so please keep on top of things. Set reminders on your phone, etc to ensure that you have submitted your Journal and other work so it is not forgotten.

With the exception of the assignments due on the last day of class, all assignments shall be uploaded onto MyHT on the Coursework page. DO NOT wait until the first assignment is due to learn how to upload work. I have created a 'dummy' assignment so you can practice submitting an assignment. If your coursework is late, it will not be accepted - no exceptions.

Most of the information for the course can be located in the Handouts section including the syllabus, schedule, and all the documentation you need for your job position and the simulation.

I look forward to working with you.
